Terms of Service

A clear starting point for using the portfolio, talking with Rhea, and arranging a discovery call.

Effective 3 September 2026

Public self-booking is currently closed. The booking rules below apply when the service is available. These website terms are not a paid-project contract.

01. Website scope

Elysha Works is operated by Elysha Corpuz Dumpit. These terms cover the Elysha Works portfolio at elyshaworks.com, the Rhea guide and the discovery-call booking service. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, client agreement or separate client-portal terms.

The portfolio introduces Elysha’s work and services. Browsing, submitting an enquiry or arranging a discovery call does not by itself create a paid project, reserve production capacity or guarantee acceptance of a project.

02. Discovery-call booking

When online booking is enabled, you complete the project questions first, choose an available time and then confirm. Provide an email address you control and accurate information you are authorised to share.

Submitting answers or selecting a time does not confirm an appointment. The booking page must show a confirmed appointment after the calendar checks complete. A Rhea reply, a preview, or an old confirmation-page link is not proof of a reservation.

Discovery calls are free and last 30 minutes through Google Meet, with no obligation to purchase a service. Elysha reserves 30 minutes of private rest after each call. The scheduling window is Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM the following day, in Asia/Manila. The time-zone selector displays available times in your selected zone; check it before confirming. Live availability and existing calendar commitments determine what can be booked.

Google handles calendar invitations. Email delivery, spam filtering and a recipient’s calendar settings are outside the booking page’s control. If the confirmed details or meeting link are unclear, contact Elysha Works instead of submitting duplicate bookings.

Cancellation, rescheduling & attendance

You may cancel a call at any time. To qualify for one reschedule per enquiry, you must cancel or request the change at least two hours before the scheduled call, and the allowance must be unused. A cancellation with less notice is still allowed, but does not qualify for a replacement call. Changes are subject to live availability and server eligibility checks.

If you cancelled the original call with enough notice, you may request your one replacement by completing the booking questions again with the same email address. A replacement uses the same one-time allowance; submitting another form does not reset it or guarantee a booking.

If you do not attend the rescheduled discovery call, Elysha will review attendance after the call time. Once the missed call is confirmed, Elysha Works will close that non-client enquiry and will not proceed with that proposed engagement. This is not an automatic judgement by Rhea or a change to an existing client agreement.

Use the private management link supplied with a confirmed booking when available. Keep that link secure. If it has expired or does not work, or you need to notify us of a late cancellation, email support@elyshaworks.com. A cancellation does not automatically delete your enquiry or its answers.

If Elysha needs to change a call, the change should be communicated to you. No monetary cancellation or no-show fee is imposed by these discovery-call terms.

03. Using Rhea

Rhea is your digital guide to Elysha Works. The current version uses curated information about Elysha, projects, tools and process. It is not a human employee, and it may misunderstand a question or lack an answer.

Rhea can direct you to booking, but cannot independently agree to project scope, pricing, deadlines, contractual changes or a confirmed call. Ask Elysha to verify information that affects a business decision.

A fallback answer is not a guarantee that a person will review your question. Automatic CRM fallback reporting is not enabled. Please email for questions needing a direct response, and do not enter passwords, secrets or sensitive client records into chat.

04. Projects, content & separate agreements

Portfolio examples illustrate design and implementation approaches. Refer to each project’s description for its context; do not assume every demonstration, concept or visual represents a publicly launched client product or a guaranteed business result.

Website content and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Viewing the portfolio does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse protected designs, code, images, logos or third-party material beyond what applicable law or the rights holder allows.

Any paid work should have a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, change requests, intellectual-property rights and any cancellation or refund terms. Those matters are not established by a chat answer or these website terms.

Project outcomes depend on factors beyond website design or automation alone. No particular revenue, conversion rate or business result is promised by the portfolio.

05. Responsible use & external services

Do not use the site to impersonate someone, submit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other bookings, or bypass security controls. Share only information you have the right to provide. Security checks may limit or reject suspicious requests.

Google Calendar, Google Meet, email services and linked websites have their own terms and availability. Links do not make Elysha Works responsible for another provider’s content or service. Temporary outages or security checks may prevent booking; email is an alternative way to enquire.

The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry and booking information is handled. A booking is not an opt-in to marketing. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

06. Updates & contact

The effective or updated date appears at the top of these terms. Material changes will be clearly identified; they do not silently rewrite an existing signed project agreement.
